St. Croix County government administrative offices will be closed on Thursday and Friday in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.

St. Croix Breeding Stock Committee will be holding their first annual chili feed. This fund raising event will raise funds to provide educational opportunities for our local 4-H and FFA members. The fundraiser will be held at the Wilson Legion Post 330 (250 Main St., Wilson) from 3-8 p.m. The cost for all-you-can-eat chili along with bread, bars and milk or coffee is $5 for adults and $3 for ages 5-10. We will also be holding a raffle and silent auction. Entertainment will be provided by "Rockman." Sounds of Christmas Show with the Croix Chordsmen and the Valley de Croix Sweet Adelines chorus. Performances will be at Trinity Lutheran Church (115 N Fourth Street) in Stillwater at 2 p.m. and at Guardian Angels Catholic Church (8260 Fourth Street) in Oakdale at 7:30 p.m. Each chorus plans to sing five or six numbers and they will have over 100 singers on stage for their five combined chorus songs. Advance purchased, general admission tickets are $9, $12 at the door, if available.

Bonus Christmas Flea Market Sale, 11 to 3 p.m., New Richmond Heritage Center, 1100 Heritage Drive. Markets will be held in the heated Pavilion along with two Christmas Open Houses in the Bell-Tierney Farmhouse.
