TAX DEED NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that all of the following described tracts of land, city, or village lots situated in St. Croix County, State of Wisconsin, have DELINQUENT TAXES for the year of 2012.

Therefore, if the taxes set below the descriptions are not paid at the office of the County Treasurer, on or before the last day of September, Tax Deed proceedings will commence. Interest is computed at the rate of 1% per month, plus ½% per month penalty, calculated from February 1st of the year in which the tax was due (2013). These charges are to be added to the amount stated in this notice.
