PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure entered on June 4, 2013 in the amount of $179,921.96 the Sheriff will sell the described premises at public auction as follows:
TIME: September 10, 2013 at 10:00 a.m.
TERMS: Pursuant to said judgment, 10% of the successful bid must be paid to the sheriff at the sale in cash, cashier\'s check or certified funds, payable to the clerk of courts (personal checks cannot and will not be accepted). The balance of the successful bid must be paid to the clerk of courts in cash, cashier\'s check or certified funds no later than ten days after the court\'s confirmation of the sale or else the 10% down payment is forfeited to the plaintiff. The property is sold \'as is\' and subject to all liens and encumbrances.

DESCRIPTION: A parcel of land located in Government Lot "1" of Section 23-30-19 described as follows: Beginning at a point on the South line of said Section 23, a distance of 1320 feet West of the Southeast corner of said Section 23; thence West along the Section line, a distance of 515 feet; thence North a distance of 200.0 feet; thence East parallel with said South line, a distance of 515 feet; thence South a distance of 200.0 feet to the point of beginning. Said land being in the Town of Saint Joseph, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
