Accused Marinette County teen shooter not expected in court

Email

It is not expected that the man accused of killing three teens in northeast Wisconsin to appear in court today (Monday).

Marinette County District Attorney Brent DeBord says he's still reviewing preliminary evidence against Scott Johnson, 38, of Kingsford, Mich.

Johnson was arrested last Friday, 15 hours after he allegedly fired an assault rifle at a group of teen swimmers on the Menominee River at the Wisconsin-Michigan border near Niagara.
