Tiffany Przybycien, 23, of Amery, and Kyle Truckey, 22, of Thorp, both died at Sanford Health in Fargo as a result of injuries suffered in a crash that occurred just after noon on Wednesday, March 20, on an icy Interstate 94, Capt. Bryan Niewind said in a news release.

Przybycien was driving a 2011 Dodge Ram pickup east on I-94 when she lost control on an icy patch of the road, spun into the median and rolled into the westbound lanes.

Neither Przybycien or Truckey were wearing seat belts and both were thrown from the pickup.

Truckey died Friday, and Przybycien died Saturday, Niewind said in the release.

Wisconsin court records indicate Truckey previously lived in an apartment at 522 3rd Ave. E., in Osceola.

The crash is still being investigated.
