Bucks beat Denver Nuggets at Bradley Center
The Milwaukee Bucks got a big win last night, beating the Denver Nuggets 108-102 at the Bradley Center.
The Bucks almost blew a 12-point lead in the fourth quarter against last year's Western Conference runner-ups.
The Nuggets cut the margin to one with 4:23 left when Bucks' rookie Brandon Jennings hit three-pointers on two straight possessions.
That put Milwaukee up by seven.
But Denver cut the lead to three when Andrew Bogut scored in the lane with 24.7 seconds left and the Bucks held on from there.
Jennings scored 14 in the final period, and had 32 on the night with nine assists. Bogut had a double-double with 23 points and 10 rebounds.
Carmelo Anthony had 32 points and 10 rebounds for the Nuggets, which fell to 6-3.
Bucks' coach Scott Skiles called it a nice win, but he said it wouldn't mean much unless the Bucks follow it up with another victory in their next game.
They'll host Golden State on Saturday night.
