Fifty-two second-graders recently celebrated First Communion at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in New Richmond and St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Erin Prairie.

The Rev. James Brinkman presided at all four Masses on Saturday, April 30, and Sunday, May 1.

The following children received the Sacrament of Holy Communion at St. Patrick; Jaida Benish, Maxwell Blader, Rose Gillis, Jennifer Graham, Jacob Grass, Bailee Hermansen, Xerxes Machtemes, Jocelyn Machtemes, Juneau Paulsen and Parker Schutz.
