Cheeseburger toss riles man, leads to Samurai sword find
River Falls police locked up a 36-year-old local man for drugs and a concealed weapon in his van last weekend.
The incident allegedly started when some kids in a car threw a cheeseburger at the van and he pursued them.
The suspect allegedly caught the kids' car on Church Street, boxed it in, got out and punched the car windows with the occupants inside. There was a claim the suspect had a gun, but one was never found.
However, when police searched man's van, they allegedly found marijuana and various narcotic pills, plus a Samurai sword. Evidence was seized and the man taken to the Pierce County Jail in Ellsworth. Charges are pending.
