Christmas concert benefits hospice
The singing duet, By Grace, will present a Christmas concert at 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 20, at Woodside Place, Baldwin.
The concert is free, with donations accepted for ADORAY Home Health and Hospice.
Kris Hoffman and Jayne Bradford, singing together for 10 years, will share their love of Christmas music. Other local talent will perform.
Kris Hoffman, Turtle Lake, is the music teacher at St. Joseph's Catholic School, Rice Lake. She studied piano with Marie Barbau, and later studied opera at the Conservatory of Music in Wausau. She has been in numerous musicals in Wausau and The Phipps in Hudson.
Jayne Bradford, Hammond, graduated from Northwestern College in St. Paul with a degree in ministries and music. She has enjoyed singing with a variety of choirs and currently teaches piano. She is active in the music program at Faith Community Church, Hudson.
The concert will be held at the historic Woodside Place, 2053 County Road N., south of Baldwin. Refreshments will be served following the program. Everyone is invited.
ADORAY Home Health and Hospice has served more than 4,000 patients in Pierce, Polk, St. Croix and western Dunn counties.
ADORAY is a not-for-profit program of St. Croix Valley Shared Services Inc., owned by the four hospitals in St. Croix County including Baldwin Area Medical Center, Hudson Hospital, River Falls Area Hospital and Westfields Hospital, New Richmond.
