2013 Street and Utility Improvements - Richmond Crossing
New Richmond, Wisconsin
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk of the City of New Richmond until 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 3, 2013, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud, for the furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of the following items in the approximate quantities indicated:

Bids shall be on the forms provided for that purpose and according to the Contract Documents prepared by Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. dated June 13, 2013.
The Bidding Documents may be seen at the issuing office of Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. located at 421 Frenette Drive, Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin 54729.

Bid security in the amount of 10 percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Bids shall be directed separately to the City Clerk securely sealed and endorsed individually upon the outside wrapper, "BID FOR 2013 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS - RICHMOND CROSSING."
Contractors on the project shall be required to comply with the minimum wages and labor standards as determined by the State of Wisconsin, Department of Workforce Development Wage Rate Determination.
The Project will be bid with one Base Bid and one Alternate Bid. The Alternate Bid quoted will be reviewed and accepted or rejected at Owner's option.
The City of New Richmond reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City.
