THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW RICHMOND DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
261-1212-70-300 Sec 36 T31N R18W PT NW SE & NE SW & OL 331 & 332; BEING CSM 23-5514 LOT 3
261-1212-70-200 SEC 36 T31N R18W PT NW SE & NE SW; BEING CSM 23-5514 LOT 2
Permanent Zoning Classification: The property is hereby rezoned from (C-1) Highway Commercial to (PUD) Planned Unit Development District subject to Armstrong-Skoglund PUD District Development Standards.
The zoning map of the City of New Richmond shall not be republished to show the aforesaid rezoning, but the City Clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in the Clerks office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made part of this Ordinance
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage and publication as provided by law.
