Creating a business plan
The I-94 Biz Network's next meeting is Thursday, Feb. 12, at 7 p.m.
Tom Trutna, manager of St. Paul's Business Planning Center, brings his 43 years of experience (23 years of teaching and consulting and 20 years of practical business experience) to show attendees how building a business plan can be easily accomplished when using the right tools.
Trutna, and his volunteer staff of SCORE representatives, have provided free assistance for more than 20,000 businesses in the last nine years. Inventors and entrepreneurs, with ideas for starting or expanding manufacturing and service related businesses, often fail for lack of having a viable business plan to guide them.
Registration for the meeting begins at 6:30 p.m., with the meeting following from 7-9 p.m.
The gathering is at the WESTconsin Credit Union, corner of Carmichael and Hanley Roads in Hudson. Cost is $10, with members free.
