Earlier in the week, Danielson helped the United States defeat Europe in the 2012 Junior Ryder Cup. The 2012 Junior Ryder Cup was played Monday and Tuesday at Olympia Fields, Ill. This was the third straight victory for the United States Team in Junior Ryder Cup play.

Danielson is a senior at Osceola High School. Danielson had a 2-1 record in the tournament, which the United States won 14-9. Danielson won her singles match 3 & 2, and her foursomes match 2 & 1. She lost her mixed four-ball match 5 & 3.

Danielson is part of one of the most successful high school golf families in Wisconsin history. Her older sister, Lindsay, won four straight WIAA girls championships from 2005-2008. Her brother, Charlie, won Division 2 boys championships in 2010 and 2012.
