A furnace repairman is accused of poking holes in a wall to try and see a woman taking a shower in an adjacent bathroom.
Dominic Swoboda, 35, of Chippewa Falls appeared in Eau Claire County Circuit Court Thursday on misdemeanor counts of invading privacy and disorderly conduct.
According to prosecutors, Swoboda was working on a basement furnace at a home in Eau Claire on March 19, while a 21-year-old woman was showering close by.
The next day, she noticed holes in the wall. Police said Swoboda used a screwdriver to poke a few holes to try and see the woman, but he couldn't see anything.
He's due back in court June 10.
