Brett Favre says he might not make it through his 19th NFL season.

The 39-year-old Minnesota quarterback says he feels good right now, but he's not at 100 percent either physically or mentally.

And Favre admits his streak of 269 regular season starts could be in jeopardy sometime during the year.

Favre is still playing with a torn rotator cuff, even though a torn biceps tendon in his throwing arm was fixed during an operation this past spring.

The former Packers' quarterback told reporters Wednesday he never thought he'd play every game in 18 seasons, and after saying no to the Vikings in late July, Favre decided the opportunity to play for a title contender was too good to pass up. He said he didn't want to regret not trying, anyway.

Wednesday, an anonymous prankster put a rocking chair in front of Favre's locker.
