NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of and pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled action on December 2, 2008, in the amount of $248,830.49, I will sell the described premises at public auction at the Main Front Entrance of the St. Croix County Courthouse, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, Wisconsin 54016, on Tuesday, July 14, 2009 at 10:00 o'clock a.m.,
