We had a productive design consult and I'm thrilled she is ready to take the plunge. Her home is perfect blank slate to work with. I'm excited that she's excited and I can't wait for all the elements to come together and for Lacey to be able to enjoy her newly made over home."
"Lacey is getting the best of the best with her newly installed Mohawk flooring," states Mike Faust. "We couldn't be happier to have the winner of this national sweepstakes in our area!"

Since then, Nayak has joined the expert team of HGTV's popular show, "Designed to Sell," where she helps homeowners transform their homes with only $2,000 before putting them on the market.
Recent appearances by Nayak on the Today Show and Oprah, as well as Designed to Sell, are helping give homeowners great ideas for improving their homes. Accomplishments include Taniya winning her "Showdown" challenge on HGTV and being named one of Glamour Magazine's "America's Green Savvy Women" in 2009.
