Public Health immunization clinics for the month of April 2009 are as follows:

• April 13 -- Public Health Dept. in New Richmond, noon-5 p.m.

• April 20 -- Public Health Dept. in New Richmond, noon-4 p.m.

• April 27 -- Public Health Dept. in New Richmond, noon-4 p.m.

(Note time change: Second Monday of month clinic extended hours until 5 p.m. only.)

Flu vaccine is still available for children 6 month-18 and adults. Adults cost is $25 per shot or Medicare and Medical Assistance accepted.

Tetanus (Td) or Tetanus-Pertussis (Tdap) vaccine is available for those individuals who have not been vaccinated in the past 5-10 years. Hepatitis B vaccine for individuals 19 years of age and older must be preordered by calling Public Health at 246-8330. Cost is $36 per dose.
