LETTER: Fortunate for checks and balances
This letter to the editor, is in response to Mr. Ziller's letter title 'Health care reform prospects look bleak' published on June 24, 2010.
Please bear with me, as I have never done this before.
Based on your letter Mr. Ziller, I fail to see what President Obama had to do with your medical care. Your doctor wrote you a prescription for your medical problem. The pharmacy couldn't fill the prescription because someone had the presence of mind and medical knowledge that it would react with your potassium putting you at risk. With all due respect Mr. Ziller, we're fortunate that these checks and balances are in place.
