To the Editor:

Ever had someone knock on your door, asked your name and proceed to serve you with a handful of papers? You are being sued! If so, then you might know how I felt, not funny.

This happened to me, being sued, foreclosure proceedings have begun. It turns out, after a few phone calls the loan papers were incorrect.

This did happen and I knew nothing of it until the knock on the door came. My loan officer is working very hard to correct the paperwork. But it was too late for the announcement in the News this week. I'm writing this letter so that everyone will know that I am not 'Fletch Investments' nor being sued, foreclosing or filing bankruptcy.
