Local mechanic to stand trial for felony charges
Evidence presented at a preliminary hearing this week regarding felony charges brought against James M. Raboin, owner of Raboin Auto Repair, were found sufficient by Judge Eric Lundell to bind Raboin over to trial.
Raboin faces charges of criminal damage to property, resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. He also faces misdemeanor charges of violating unfair trade general orders and theft.
Raboin will remain free on the $5,000 signature bond for the felony and misdemeanor charges.
