A man is suing his brother over Green Bay Packers' season tickets.

Walter Christman died last April, and gave his two sons the right to sell 13 prime mid-field seats.

Michael Christman of Van Buren, Ark., got the tickets and he was supposed to give 45 percent of the profits to his brother Peter of Los Angeles.

But Peter said he only got a small fraction of that and his brother walked away with thousands of dollars.

The tickets cost $72, but the lawsuit said Michael Christman sold them for up to $295 per game.

The suit seeks unspecified damages, plus joint profits over future sales.

A trial in the case is set for next March.
