Daine Linderman, 24, Lino Lakes, Minn., Minnesota entered his pleas Wednesday in federal court in Minneapolis to firearms charges and attempted carjacking.

He faces two life prison terms plus 25 years, but he won't be sentenced until state charges against him are settled in both Wisconsin and Minnesota.

Authorities said Hudson Police tried to arrest Linderman last August for speeding, but he got away.

Officers caught up with him at a Hudson apartment, where he got wounded in a shoot-out. He then reportedly drove an SUV into Minnesota, crashed the vehicle, and fled on foot.

Officials said Linderman then went to an attorney's house in Lakeland where he tried to car-jack a vehicle at gunpoint. However, the man wrestled the rifle away and despite getting shot by the suspect's handgun, he subdued Linderman until police arrived.
