Notice of an Application to Acquire
The Assets and Assume the Liabilities
Of a Branch Bank
Has Been Filed on June 17, 2014
With the Comptroller of the Currency
First National Community Bank with a location in New Richmond, Wisconsin, has submitted an application on June 17, 2014 according to the provisions of the Bank Merger Act, as amended, to the Comptroller of the Currency, for permission to acquire the assets and assume the liabilities of a branch bank located in Dresser, Wisconsin owned by Frandsen Bank & Trust, with its main office in Lonsdale, Minnesota, and proposes as follows:
1. The First National Community Bank, with its main office located at 109 East Second Street, P.O. Box 89, in New Richmond, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, has applied to the Comptroller of the Currency to acquire the assets and assume the liabilities of the branch bank located in Dresser, Wisconsin owned by Frandsen Bank & Trust, a Minnesota banking corporation with its main office located in Lonsdale, Minnesota.
2. Thomas D. Mews, President of First National Community Bank, 109 East Second Street, P.O. Box 89, New Richmond, Wisconsin, 54017, will act as sole and exclusive correspondent to represent and appear before the Comptroller of the Currency and to receive all correspondence and documents for this application.
3. Any person desiring to comment on this application may do so by submitting written comments within 30 days of the first date of publication of this notice to the licensing manager, One Financial Plaza, Suite 2700, 440 South LaSalle Street, Chicago, Illinois 60605. The public file is available for inspection during regular business hours.
4. The closing date for the public comment period on the Application is 30 days following the first publication date of this Public Notice.
