After the tournament, Post 80's season record stood at 17-3.
Post 80 also notched two wins last week. On Tuesday Post 80 defeated Amery 11-0. New Richmond's boys pounded the ball all over Amery's field and Jansen pitched the shutout.

Jansen, Riley Kannel and Dan Leavens represented New Richmond on the South team of the American Legion All-Star Game in Osceola last Thursday. The South won the game 4-3. Jansen pitched the seventh and eighth innings and ended up being the winning pitcher in the game. Kannel played infield in the game. Leavens sat out the game because of an injury.
On Monday Post 80 will play two games against Ellsworth at the Hager City field. Post 80 will finish its regular season with a game at Grantsburg next Tuesday.
