THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW RICHMOND DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Legal Description. The legal description of the property included in the PUD District shall be as follows:
Lot 1, Certified Survey Map recorded in Volume 24, Page 5735 , Lot 7, Certified Survey Map recorded in Volume 26, Page 5921 and Lots 3-6, Certified Survey Map No. 5938 recorded in Volume 26, Page 5938 located in the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 10, Township 30 North, Range 18 West, City of New Richmond, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
Section 2. Zoning Map Amendment. The property is hereby rezoned from C-1 Highway Commercial District to PUD, Planned Unit Development District subject to Richmond Crossings PUD District Development Standards attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 3. The zoning map of the City of New Richmond shall not be republished to show the aforesaid rezoning, but the City Clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in the City Clerks office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made part of this Ordinance.
This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and publication as provided by law.
