The Green Bay Packers say they'll find out more today about the playing status of left guard Daryn Colledge.

He sprained a foot at practice Thursday.

And coach Mike McCarthy said it was definitely not a Lisfranc sprain, which has been known to keep players out for a whole season.

McCarthy says he'll wait until after today's practice to decide whether Colledge can play on Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals at Lambeau Field.

If he can't go, rookie T.J. Lang might get his first start.

Or Scott Wells could return to the center spot, with Jason Spitz moving from center to left guard.

Meanwhile, punt and kick returner Will Blackmon is expected to play on Sunday.

He sat out last week's regular season opener against Chicago with a thigh injury. And Jordy Nelson was a strong replacement, averaging 31 yards on four kickoff returns.

The coaches say Blackmon has proven that he can score on kick returns and Nelson will be the first alternative when necessary.

Also, kicker Mason Crosby is expected to play against the Bengals. He sat out practice the last two days, after suffering an abdominal pull while lifting weights on Tuesday.
