Packers sign two
The Green Bay Packers will take a second look at free agent quarterback Jerry Baab.
They recently signed Baab and receiver Johnny Quinn to free agent futures' contracts.
Baab, 23, threw for 6,200-plus yards in four years at Louisiana-Lafayette, but he went undrafted a year ago.
The Packers brought him in for a mini-camp last May, but they did not invite him to training camp.
Quinn signed with the Buffalo Bills last spring, but he was cut before training camp and was out of football after that.
Quinn is the all-time leading receiver at the University of North Texas, with 2,706 yards and 21 touchdowns in four seasons.
