Snow causes problems on St. Croix County roads

As the snow continues to fall across St. Croix County, local emergency personnel are being called to numerous accidents along area roadways.

At least a handful of cars went into the ditch along Highway 12 along the southern edge of the county. On car rolled over in St. Joseph Township on Highway 64, west of Somerset.

The snow is expected to continue for much of the day. Motorists are urged to drive cautiously as the snow accumulates on the roads.

St. Croix County remains under a snow advisory through 7 p.m. this evening (Friday). An additional 2 to 5 inches is expected in the area.
