UPDATE: Snow causes problems for motorists

The afternoon drive home on Monday was seriously impacted by snow in the region. And the problems continued for much of Tuesday morning as well.

St. Croix Sheriff's deputies and local police officers have been responding to accidents and spin-outs across the county most of the two days.

At least one car left the roadway along eastbound Highway 64 near Somerset around 4 p.m. Monday. Several accidents were reported along Knowles Avenue and Richmond Way in New Richmond during the late afternoon hours.

Another car left the roadway on Highway 128 near the intersection with County Road G.

On Tuesday morning, cars were reported off various roadways. Several had rolled over. It appeared few if any injuries occurred in the accidents.
