Van Hollen and two justices told to reveal blind trusts

Wisconsin's attorney general and two Supreme Court justices will no longer be able to keep their financial assets in blind trusts.

The Government Accountability Board voted 4-2 this week not to allow the trusts which are now held by J.B. Van Hollen, and Justices Pat Roggensack and Annette Ziegler.

The blind trusts prevent the officials from knowing exactly where their money is invested, with the idea of preventing conflicts of interest in cases that come before them.
