Weekend snowmobile accidents claim two lives
At least two people were killed in Wisconsin snowmobile accidents over the weekend - both in the eastern part of the state.
Dean Schulz, 44, of Denmark died in a crash near Stangelville in Kewaunee County. Craig Miller, 20, of Tisch Mills died in the Manitowoc County town of Newton.
Both crashes had similar circumstances. Authorities said each victim was riding with a group when he lost control of his machine, and was hit by another. Both incidents are still being investigated.
At least 21 people have been killed in Wisconsin snowmobile crashes this winter. That total is five fewer than last year when it was a lot milder.
