Wisconsin sees another snowmobile death
Wisconsin has recorded its 21st snowmobile death of the season.
The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources said Scott Klein, 34, of Watertown fell through the ice on the Rock River, about a mile from the Watertown Boat Club.
He had left the club by himself.
Family members later searched for Klein and found his helmet floating in the river. Divers found the body early Sunday.
The DNR tentatively blames poor ice conditions, but they're still investigating.
The statewide snowmobile death toll is now four fewer than all of last winter.
