Cody Dalton benefit on Saturday

A benefit will be held for Cody Dalton at the Doll House in Hammond this Saturday. Cody is the Somerset High School junior who collapsed on the sideline during the Somerset High School football game in Bloomer on Oct. 27. Doctors performed brain surgery on Cody that day to remove blood clots in his brain.

Cody is the Somerset High School junior who collapsed on the sideline during the Somerset High School football game in Bloomer on Oct. 27. Doctors performed brain surgery on Cody that day to remove blood clots in his brain.

Cody is now home with his dad and goes to the Courage Center in Stillwater everyday, according to his uncle, Dave Dalton.

The benefit will be held from 6 p.m. to midnight at The Doll House. The fund-raisers that evening will include a live auction, a silent auction and several raffles. Live music will be performed by top local band “Boondoggle.” Admission is $7 for adults and $5 for students.
