notice of public hearing on resolution of official mapping
Notice is Hereby Given that the Common Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 10, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of providing the community a reasonable opportunity to comment on the proposed Official Map Resolution. The resolution relates to the establishment of the Official Map within the City limits as well as within the extra territorial area of New Richmond for the purpose of conserving and promoting the public health, safety, convenience, and general welfare of the community granted under Wisconsin Statutes, Section 62.23.
All interested parties will be given a reasonable opportunity to express their views on the proposed Resolution. A copy of the proposed Resolution is available for viewing in the office of the City Clerk at 156 East First Street, during normal business hours and will be provided upon request.
Such hearing shall be public and citizens and interested parties shall then be heard. This hearing may be adjourned from time to time.
