Effective Monday, Feb. 11, the S&C Bank in New Richmond is now AnchorBank.
This finalizes the merger between AnchorBank, headquartered in Madison, and S&C Bank of New Richmond.
Employees of S&C Bank will continue to work at AnchorBank with the addition of some new products and services. Branch manager Julie Lindloff will be available to help answer any questions customers have about the merger. Lindloff has been with S&C Bank for 14 years.
AnchorBank and S&C Bank employees have been working together to combine the operations of the two banks.
“All of the employees have been working so diligently for the past several weeks preparing for this day,” said AnchorBank president and CEO Mark Timmerman. “I hope the community takes the opportunity to stop by the new AnchorBank branch to congratulate the employees on their efforts and see the expanded array of products and services we have to offer.”
The bank was closed on Saturday, Feb. 9, and Sunday, Feb. 10, to prepare for the transition and reopened on Monday, Feb. 11.
