Frontier names executive for area operations

Frontier recently named Terry Kucera to lead its operations in western Wisconsin.

In his new role, Kucera will have responsibility for Frontier’s local service and customer experience in New Richmond, Star Prairie, Mondovi and Viroqua.

Kucera will also be responsible for continuing Frontier’s tradition of local support and community outreach and will be based in New Richmond. Kucera has broad experience establishing positive relationships with businesses and not-for-profit organizations and for being active in his community.

Frontier recently reorganized its national field organization into local operating units across its 24-state service area with general managers having responsibility for overall customer service and local response.

As the local manager, Kucera will have daily contact with Frontier residential and business customers, local government officials and community service groups in their respective towns.

Kucera was most recently the community relations manager for Frontier’s nine-state Central Region, including Wisconsin and other states throughout the Upper Midwest. He will be relocating to New Richmond in the coming weeks.

“Terry has extensive experience working with community leaders to effectively benefit economic initiatives,” said John Lass, senior vice president and general manager for Frontier’s Central Region. “His knowledge and background in the public and private sector will enable him to forge new, and continue existing partnerships within our communities.”

Frontier is the brand name under which Citizens Communications Company (NYSE: CZN) provides full-service communications in 24 states. It is one of the largest local exchange telephone companies in the country.

Frontier offers telephone, television and Internet services, as well as wireless broadband data networks, bundled offerings, ESPN360 streaming video, residential security solutions and specialized bundles for small businesses and home offices.
