THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW RICHMOND DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The Following Sections shall be recreated as follows:
Section 121-199 Same – Height Limitations.
Except as otherwise provided in this division, no structure shall be erected, altered or maintained, and no tree shall be allowed to grow to a height in excess of the applicable height limit designated for that zone on the map dated March 12, 2008 and entitled, “Height Limitation Zoning Map, New Richmond Regional Airport, New Richmond, Wisconsin.” An area located in more than one of the zones designated on said map is considered to be only in the zone with the more restrictive height limitation. A variance from this provision may be obtained in the manner provided for conditional use permit under Section 121-202.
