Engineer celebrates 35 years with Frontier

Terry Dorr, a network engineer for Frontier, the area’s local provider of phone, Internet and digital television services, recently celebrated 35 years of service with friends and family at the Frontier office and retail store in New Richmond.

Terry Dorr, a network engineer for Frontier, the area’s local provider of phone, Internet and digital television services, recently celebrated 35 years of service with friends and family at the Frontier office and retail store in New Richmond.

Dorr works closely with communications technicians across Frontier’s western Wisconsin territory, including Star Prairie and New Richmond, to design routes and eliminate bottlenecks to make sure customer connections are made in a timely and efficient manner.

“Terry’s experience and dedication to the company provide a real benefit to our customers,” said Joy Eldred, regional director of engineering. “From maintaining our network to providing continuity for our customers, our local team is trained in delivering quality, reliable service.”

“We are very proud of Terry,” said local manager Terry Kucera. “He is a great example of the commitment our local teams make to their communities.”

Frontier is the brand name under which Citizens Communications Company provides full-service communications in 24 states. It is one of the largest local exchange telephone companies in the country.
