Letter: Pabst proves a worthy candidate

To the Editor:

As a soil tester in St. Croix County, I always need copies of deeds and legal descriptions for certain pieces of property. Beth Pabst has never sat me at a computer and told me to look it up on the land records Web site in the Register of Deeds Office. She is one of the few I constantly rely on at the courthouse to provide accurate information.

Beth worked in the Register of Deeds Office 14 years and then took a promotion as a Real Property Lister Assistant in the Planning & Zoning office. This diversity has provided her with additional knowledge of how departments provide land information, work together and how a breakdown in communication between departments can hinder the ability to find information.

Beth has knowledge of the job, the ambition to get things done, and is always willing to go the extra mile for the citizens of this county. More important, Beth’s attitude has always been to do as much as you can to help. She puts customer service as a top priority. She makes my job easier.

Beth is perfect for Register of Deeds and I would like you to support her with your vote on Sept. 9 at the primary election.
