LETTER: Voters have a choice -- Paul

To the Editor:
Scared of Barack HUSSEIN Obama? Don’t trust McCain from following in President Bush’s footsteps and taking Palin with him?
The good news is in 2008 there is a choice! Rep. Ron Paul (R- Texas), former Republican Party nominee for President and head of the new Campaign for Liberty, endorses Constitution Party candidate Chuck Baldwin, Baptist Pastor, on a Baldwin/Castle ticket.
Did you know the Republican Party was a third party itself in 1854 when it was founded!? Yet today the news media creates a mindset that America can only have two parties (no where is that in our founding fathers’ documents). Why are they doing this? To find out, go to www.Baldwin2008.com or phone 866-99-BALDWIN or write Constitution Party, 23 N. Line St., Lancaster, PA 17602 or visit www.constitutionparty.com.
In the wake of possibly America’s most serious financial crisis, can we afford to keep rotating Republican and Democrats in our public offices? You will not waste your vote on a third party candidate. A person’s vote is truly wasted when he does not use it to express his genuine beliefs. If the fear of voting for a third party candidate is not overcome, there will never be a choice besides the lesser of two evils. A vote for the Constitution Party is a vote for the Constitution and an investment in the restoration of the nation.
The United States was founded on the belief that people are accountable to God for the principles they stand for and the people they elect. More concern with winning and maintaining power than with standing for principle has resulted in compromise by those in office and those electing them. It is time to do what is right and leave the results to God.
