SCC cross country team readies for state meet

The St. Croix Central boys varsity cross country track team will be running at the state meet on Saturday, Nov. 1. The meet starts at 11:40 in Wisconsin Rapids.
A pep fest was held at the High School on Friday morning to get the runners and fans excited for the race.
Fourth-year Coach Bill Emery said everyone on the team made significant contributions to the success.
He said, "They're all helping each other. Cross country is really a family affair."
