a) Property described as: Part of Outlot 175, Com SE Cor of the Intersection of 6th & Knowles, TH S 170.5 ft, E 136 Ft., Northerly 48 ft to a Pt 145 ft S of 6th St, N 145 Ft. W 177 ft to POB Exc Pt for Hwy.
Permanent Zoning Classification: Upon recommendation to the City Council of the City of New Richmond the territory described above is designated as (C1) Highway Commercial.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage and publication as provided by law.
