THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW RICHMOND DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The following section shall be amended as follows:
Section 50-87 (d) Stationary Noise Limits.
(1) Maximum permissible sound levels.
(a) Noise from stationary source shall not exceed the following standards for maximum sound pressure levels measured at the property line.
NOISE RATING - NOISE RATING - ZONE Daytime NIGHTTIME
Residential 70 db 60 db
Commercial 75 db 70 db
Industrial 100 db 100 db

Published and effective: November 20, 2008
