Crashes impact traffic on Interstate 94 in western Wisconsin
Multiple crashes on Interstate 94 near Hammond and Baldwin have forced State Patrol officials to re-route traffic on a detour.
Multiple crashes on Interstate 94 near Hammond and Baldwin have forced State Patrol officials to re-route traffic on a detour.
Westbound traffic was being detoured at the mile 19 exit and around the trouble. The detour was established around 10:45 a.m. Thursday morning.
The detour was ended by 11:10 a.m. as traffic was able to move more freely through that section of the Interstate.
State Patrol was working to clear several crashes and spin-outs along the slippery stretch. Several injuries were reported and ambulances were dispatched to the scene.
