Joseph H. Brinkman, 84

Joseph H. Brinkman, age 84 of New Richmond, Wis., died on Sunday, Dec. 14, 2008 at The Deerfield Gables.

Joseph was born on Feb. 17, 1924 to Joseph and Elizabeth (Keller) Brinkman in Erin Township, Wis.

Preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Bernard Brinkman, Hilda Meath, Harry Brinkman, Urban Brinkman, Marie Hayden, Franklin Brinkman, Loretta Brinkman, Alma Seielstad, Ray Brinkman, Delores Snyder, Ewald (Eke) Brinkman and Wanita Brinkman.

He is survived by his sister, Lucille Lundell; also many nieces and nephews.

Joe was an Army veteran in World War II and a retired postal worker.

Mass of Christian Burial is at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 18 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, New Richmond, Wis. Visitation is one hour prior to the service at church.

Memorials to The Deerfield (Chapel Building Fund). Interment is in the Parish Cemetery. Father James Brinkman will preside.
