Notice is hereby given that there will be a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 10, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. at the Board of Appeals Meeting in the Civic Center, 156 East First Street, City of New Richmond, WI:
1) Public Hearing to consider the following:
a) A Petition from the City of New Richmond for a variance from the sign ordinance to allow sponsorship signs at Citizen’s Field and a variance from the fence ordinance to allow an eight foot fence in the outfield of Citizen’s Field. Property is described as Outlot 102 and 103.
2) Action on Public Hearing Agenda
