Advertisement for fuel bids
The City of New Richmond will accept sealed bids on supplying GASOLINE AND DIESEL FUEL for the year of 2009 until 2:00 p.m. on February 9, 2009, at which time they will be opened and read aloud.
Bids shall include the State road tax and the Clean-up Fund tax. All bids shall reflect the deduction for federal taxes allowable as a refund on municipal purchases.
We want to know what your markup will be on all types of fuel on any given day. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
Specifications may be picked up at the Clerk's office in the Civic Center, 156 East First Street, New Richmond, Wisconsin.
Bids will be awarded at the Special Council Meeting, February 9, 2009, at 7:00 p.m.
