THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW RICHMOND DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Property described as: Gridley Addition Lots 1, 2, 3, & 4, Block 9; Gridley Addition Lots 1, 2, 4, & 5, Block 10; and Fremont Addition Lots 6, 7, 8, & 9, Block 8.
Permanent Zoning Classification: Upon recommendation to the City Council of the City of New Richmond the territory described above is designated as (C2) Central Business District.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage and publication as provided by law.
