Deborah Joanne ZumHofe, 53 of Cumberland, died unexpectedly Thursday, Feb. 17 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire, Wis.
Deborah Joanne ZumHofe, 53 of Cumberland, died unexpectedly Thursday, Feb. 17 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire, Wis.
She was born July 25, 1955 in St. Paul, Minn. to John and Glendetta (Moe) Tobish. Debbie attended school in St. Paul and New Richmond, Wis., graduating from Frank B. Kellogg High School in 1974. Debbie moved to Cumberland in 1975. She was married to Vince ZumHofe of Cumberland in the early 1980s, and later divorced.
Debbie was preceded in death by her mother Glendetta Tobish (Moe); her grandparents Albin and Jeanette Moe of Cumberland, and Cyril and Margaret Tobish of St. Paul, Minn.
She is survived by her father, John Tobish of St. Paul; and her sister, Kathy Tobish of New Richmond, Wis.; and many friends and relatives.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Feb. 28, at 11 a.m. at First Lutheran Church, 258 N. 3rd St., New Richmond. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. at the church prior to service, and Friday, Feb. 27, 4-7 p.m. at Cullen Crea Funeral Home, 307 S. Arch in New Richmond. Burial at Oakland Cemetery, Star Prairie.
